Donald Ross was located on July 27 in Dingwall and is currently being held in custody.

Northern Constabulary had issued an urgent appeal for information regarding Ross, who was convicted of lewd, indecent and libidinous practices and behaviour in May 2007.

The 38-year-old was sentenced to two years' imprisonment with a two year extension and supervision until 2011 in the community.

He was released from prison in May this year and had been living in the Fort William area. However, it is believed he left his registered address on July 9 and had not been seen since.

Ross pleaded guilty to the charges at Dingwall Sheriff Court last year.

The court heard how Ross, who operated a West Coast golf facility supplied two teenage boys with alcohol before going on to perform an indecent act on them. The teenagers, both 13 at the time, had been drinking with Ross, at premises known as the Clubhouse in Ullapool's West Terrace, where they had been playing a game of strip roulette.
