HERE are the entrants so far in our Thursday Girl competition with over £2,000 in prizes to be won and the chance to take the first step into modelling.

We have reintroduced our popular glam feature for Highland beauties and teamed up with Inverness-based Ego Hair Design to incorporate a competition offering over £2,000 prizes. And each week website readers can see the latest lovely lasses.

Readers get the chance each week to vote using an in-paper coupon for their favourite contestant who will go forward to a grand final with the overall winner crowned the Thursday Girl 2010.

That means a year-long VIP card from Ego valued at £1350 and a picture portfolio from an exclusive photoshoot with Seymour Photography along with a luxury weekend break.

And there is a special prize up for grabs from Ego for those voting during the competition.

The weekly winners go forward to a grand final where readers will vote for the overall winner.

But all contestants also have the chance to be chosen as the Face of Ego 2010 by the salon's directors and appear in promotional material.
