A 16 YEAR-old youth appeared in private at Inverness Sheriff Court following a drugs squad raid on a property near Inverness last week.
Hai Van Vo appeared from custody before Sheriff Margaret Neilson on a charge of a contravention of the Misuse of Drugs Act concerning the production of cannabis at a property outside Inverness, fiscal Karen Smith said.
Vo made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody pending further examination.
The court appearance was in connection with a police operation in the Gollanfield area this week in which it is alleged that a cannabis factory found to be cultivating plants with a street value of £100,000 had been uncovered.
